Registration deadline for Fall semester will be as follows:

Fall Semester 2011

 Applications accepted by: October 14, 2011
 Beginning of Classes: October 24, 2011

Late applications will wait for winter semester. If you are already taking the online calligraphy courses then you would just need to renew your registration and pay for the tuition fee. If you are beginning your class this Fall semester then you need to set your class hour; you can call 1-800-536-7607 (US and Canada) or +1-818-396-4000 (international) to do so.

* Monthly Webinar Scheduled This Coming Sunday Noon Time:

We will be offering a webinar named "An introduction to the Art of Persian calligraphy". It will be held on this coming Sunday (10/09/2011) at 12:00pm PST . If you are interested in learning about the art of Persian calligraphy, its origin and principles you are most welcome to attend. Students commemorate master calligrapher Zarrinkhat
Iranian deceased master of calligraphy Hassan Zarrinkhat, known for his inscription on Iranian banknotes, was commemorated during a ceremony here at Tehran’s Barg Gallery.

Zarrinkhat (born 1894) lived over 85 years. He began in the art of calligraphy when he was 10 and took lessons from master calligrapher Mirza Taher Kateb Homayun. Most of the lithographs in those years were inscribed by Zarrinkhat. Read more
